1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pulse Tweaks ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Software.

2. License

Pulse Tweaks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, in accordance with the plan you have purchased (Starter, Pro, or Lifetime).

3. Use at Your Own Risk

While every tweak included in Pulse Tweaks is tested and designed to operate within manufacturer-safe limits, system optimization software inherently interacts with sensitive parts of your operating system. You use the Software at your own risk, and we recommend keeping backups of important data.

4. Backups & Restore

Pulse Tweaks automatically creates a restore point before applying changes where possible. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from third-party software, hardware failure, or user error unrelated to the Software's normal operation.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Lifetime plans are billed once and include all future updates. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, contact us through our Discord community or support email within 7 days of purchase.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or use the Software for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to circumventing licensing systems or attacking other users' systems.

8. Updates & Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Software at any time. We aim to give advance notice on our Discord server for any major changes affecting existing users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Tweaks and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
